Nikola Jokic scored 40 points and added 10 assists with no turnovers, the second player in NBA Playoff History to achieve that feat, and the Nuggets won their third-straight game over the Minnesota Timberwolves, 112-97.
With that win, Denver now is one game away from eliminating the Wolves and advancing to the Western Conference Finals again. Anthony Edwards scored 18 points for Minnesota, but he was a little off tonight- going 5-15 from the field in their loss.
Game six will be Thursday night in Minnesota as the Timberwolves will try their hardest not to avoid elimination after being up two games to start this series. Aaron Gordon and Jamal Murray combined for 34 points on 14-28 shooting for Denver in the game as well.
