The LSU Tigers women’s basketball team opened their 2026 NCAA Tournament run as hosts in the Sacramento II bracket against Jackson University and didn’t let up the entire contest.
LSU put up 116 points in their win over Jacksonville and Mikayla Williams led the way with 11 assists; a career high for her and seven players total had double figures for the Tigers. LSU will await the winner of the Texas Tech vs Villanova game later tonight.
