As the season came to an end for the Texas Tech Lady Raiders in a tough loss to Kansas State in the BIG 12 Conference Tournament, one thing was new: They are clearly in the NCAA Women’s tournament for the first time in thirteen years!
Texas Tech ended up ranked 20/22nd in the County in the AP and Coaches Poll and they will be a six or seven seed when the official brackets come out on Sunday. Coach Gerlich and the Lady Raiders will host a watch party with their season ticket holders to celebrate the monumental accomplishment as well.
