Texas A&M’s ladies started the season off with a great win over Texas A&M Corpus Christi l, 81-43. After only being up l, 17-13 after the first quarter, the Aggies went on a 47-15 run in the second and third quarter to secure the victory.
Head Coach Joni Taylor is now 179-127 overall and 39-52 at Texas A&M.

- The Aggies had four players in double-figure scoring for the first time since Feb. 22, 2024, at Arkansas (Feb. 22, 2024) with Pryor, Janneh, Hylton and Kent.
- During the first 7:38 of the second half the Aggie defense did not allow a field goal.
