It’s time to get ready for SEC Women’s basketball! The season kicks off tomorrow with almost every team in the conference squaring off with home games except for Auburn, who will take on Charlotte on the road, starting Monday.
Some early season storylines for 2025-2026.

• Will South Carolina get back to the title game? Coach Dawn Staley reloads every year, but it seems as if the rest of the conference is catching up. With teams like Texas, Tennessee, LSU, Oklahoma and Ole Miss ready to make major leaps this season, the Gamecocks will have to bring their A game, every game for the 2025-26 year.

• How will Aaliyah Chavez do in her first season in the SEC with the Oklahoma Sooners? Aaliyah is used to big competition as she has been playing Nationally ranked players since she was nine years old. She became one of the best players EVER in High School Women’s Basketball as she set numerous records and led her team, the Monterey Lady Plainsmen, to a State title in 2025. The competition will ramp up a bit, but she’ll be ready for the Sooners this season.
How will Tennessee manage the drama, will Kentucky be top-tier, Can Ole Miss get to the Elite Eight? We will get all of the questions answered soon, but for now here is the schedule for tomorrow’s games for the SEC Conference!!
