Right before the opening Monday Night Football matchup for the Jets and the 49ers, Christian McCaffrey was ruled out of the game by San Francisco, but it was not that big of an impact as expected due to Jordan Mason rushing 28 times for 147 yards and a score for the Niners en route to a 32-19 win over the New York Jets.
Aaron Rodgers debuted was up and down as he had 167 passing yards with a score and an interception.
